I did so much suffering with successive netgear routers that I swore them off forever.

Smash that mutha to pieces and buy the nicest d-link router available.

Oh no!

In my technorage, I misidentified the router as netgear when it is in fact - wait for it - a d-link.

Did firmware upgrade and POS drops and drops. Insane. Dug out my old linksys wrt54g. Thing is a freaking champ. D-Link must die.

Hello,especially fxfox

DAX cant be compared witrh SP500.

DAX is total return index. SP500 is price index.

DAXK is a price index and is right now above 4000:

SP500 total return (like DAX) is above 2550 :)

Now you see that Germany index is not so strong. Keep this diff in mind.

cheers

You are very right: DAX is a performance index and S&P500 is a price index.

If we do look at the last 10 years then there is no big difference in the "look & feel" of DAX Perf Index and DAX Price Index, the naked number is quite different but not the shape of the graph:

DAX Performance Index (the index you see almost always in financial media)

DAX Price Index (DAXK)

both have not reached their 2007 high, both are up quite significantly over the last 10 years and both made higher highs.

If you like you can use DAXK, I prefer - like the rest of the world - to use DAX Perf.

I don't care if Germany is strong, weak, or whatever. I'm not here to defend Germany nor any other country.
