MrHanky Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 Off of the highs, but bears not givin any chance......
capitall Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 Re: the advice to contact your elected representatives that Dr. Stool put up re: financial reform, it couldn't hurt anything do that & who knows, maybe it would help. I think sometimes of starting a national organization in the U.S. for people to pledge to vote only for Congress folks who have a record of honesty & true public service & who have accepted no Special Interest Group campaign contributions. It would be hard to find such people & a great challenge to find ways to get their campaigns funded. But the system we have now has consistently resulted in a Congress that functions with the efficiency of a fine Swiss watch-- toward the goal of granting every wish of the banks & other Special Interest Groups who fund Congressional campaigns & ignoring the best interests of the public.
Trader Joe Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 A couple of follow-ups fom IDS: [1] How to trade the VIX VXX etn? I have not researched this AT ALL....for all I know it may be another UNG [2] How's about YRCW? The recent debt convertible that was issued has a $0.43 exercise price -- so that's one ceiling Also, the planned reverse split will be another ceiling. My recommendation would be to take a re-look after the reverse split. It should take a dive....which may represent a better entry
