There were 2 greens, Consumer Staples +0.2% and IT -0.3%. Mostly down in Asia: China +0.2%, Honkers -0.5%, India -1.1% and Nikkers -0.4%. On to UK/Europe:

OTOH bullish sentiment barely moved above 40% around last year's highs... so this value is by no means an assurance of higher stock prices. Let's see if NAAIM produces any sentiment indication of tradable value.
