Trader Joe Posted May 9, 2012 Report Posted May 9, 2012 Summer driving season "officially" starts in a few more weeks Crude getting pummeled Gasolina following Gee, whodathunk? And in an election year no less Or, just a coincidence?... seeing as the EXACT same thing happened in the beginning of May 2011 In the end, who cares Just enjoy the ride Ugh
Goldmember Posted May 9, 2012 Report Posted May 9, 2012 Crude getting pummeled Gasolina following Gasoline peaked at $1.39,9/10 CAD per litre where I live. It dropped to $1.37,9/10 fairly quickly, but all we've had for lower prices lately is a grudging 1/10 of a penny per litre drop every now and then. Currently $1.37,4/10. Milking every last drop of converted sweat out of us. Not one whimper of protest from the trained sheep, either. Conditioning has been effective. I live in Pussyville, where all the residents bend over willingly, especially on election days. They all got what they voted for.
aussiebear Posted May 9, 2012 Author Report Posted May 9, 2012 Another solid down day for All Ords which finished -1%. Gold -4.9% bore the brunt followed by Miners -2.3% and Energy -2.2%. Telecomms was the sole green sector, +0.8%. Down again in Asia: China -1.7%, Honkers -0.8%, Nikkers -1.5% and Sth Korea -0.9%. On to UK/Europe:
No Einstein Posted May 9, 2012 Report Posted May 9, 2012 ....... ........ They all got what they voted for. -------- speaking of getting what you vote for...a sign of the times..... Dick Lugar, the longest-serving Republican in the Senate, was defeated Tuesday as Indiana Republicans chose state Treasurer Richard Mourdock over Lugar as the party's nominee. Mourdock received about 60 percent to 40 percent for Lugar in the Hoosier state's Senate primary, marking a huge win for tea party supporters and conservatives across the country.
Trader Joe Posted May 9, 2012 Report Posted May 9, 2012 a Dick Lugar ..also known as a money shot BWHAHAHAHAHHA
