Trader Joe Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 Seems to me BAC should be filing for BK in the next 6-12 months ...and the equity will be worth exactly ZERO Recent headline executive removals are nonsense...they wanted to leave, but BAC didn't want to have it look like the rats were fleeing the ship, so they painted it as "restructure" Anyone and everyone that thinks they may have a claim are filing suit NOW...then they can be a creditor and get in line once BK is announced....filing lawsuit after BK -- not a good idea Merrilly Lynched will be spun out from BK and live again....unencumberd by all the shit they wrote and the BAC anchorapotamous...and thrive again, selling shit to shitheads Countryfried will be liquidated via BK and the creditiors will receive bupkiss BAC will reemerge again as just a bank, recapitalized, and live happily ever after As for the publicly traded preferred and the debt -- haircuts all around -- good luck with that ___________ In the end, pushing CountryFried and Merrill onto BAC by the Fed accomplished exactly what was planned -- it bought time

DrStool Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 I done dooded my firstest chart here. Hope you like it. Looks bullish to me. Looks like you attended the Your Jickiss School of Charting. One day he was here, and then he was gone. I suspect he may have gone to the great Charting Room In The Sky, maybe up there sitting in a fat leather chair in the smoking room enjoying a cigar with LeeWhee as they watch the ticker tape scroll by above the quote board, the quiet clicking of the changing prices and the news teletype, and the old guys tapping on their Bunker Ramos in the background.

Scully Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 G'mornin. I am still short, rode out the rally yesterday. On the SPX futures chart, the rally uptrend broke and successfully retested last night. Looks to me like a right shoulder is being painted - if so, it implies a target of about SPX=1040, give or take a bit.
Trader Joe Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 also....putting BAC through a traditional BK would roil the sector and cause untold havoc How they are going to do this is beyond me Maybe some sort of new "BK on the Fly" never-been-done-be-fo legal gymnastics WhoTFK's
specie Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 G'mornin. I am still short, rode out the rally yesterday. i am always amazed at sheeple that think something has changed just cause shlocks went up a couple hundred dowager points of light
Trader Joe Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 Roll-out of Copper ETF's should mark an intermediate term top or THE top Nice how they pump it up before distributing it to the dummies
