I think this could very well become one of those culture-defining questions, akin to "Where were you when Kennedy was shot?" Years from now, Americans will be asking each other, "Where was Uranus the day Bush was born?"
This only makes sense. After all, unless you shave heavily, Uranus and Bush are awfully close to each other. In some extreme cases, they're even connected. I think that's what Arch is getting at: he's somehow seen a connection between Uranus and Bush. From now on, you might want to close the window curtains after showering. You never know where Arch might be lurking, seeking connections with Uranus... and all in the name of "science."

Speaking of Arch, did you know that in German "Arsch" (pronounced similarly) means "ass"? Like, for instance, "Arschloch" means "asshole".

Methane is right, no matter how you interpret "Uranus".

At first, I thought that Crawford was just shamelessly ripping off the Doc's good work.
Then it hit me -
What if Arch is being held hostage by the bulls at Forbes magazine, and he is trying to send a secret coded message to the only people he trusts to help - the Stoolies!
