A bearish day overall. All Ords closed -0.9% headed by Consumer Staples -2.1% and Miners/Materials both -1.3%. Telecomms had the biggest gain, +0.8%.

 

Mostly down in Asia: Honkers -0.9%, India -0.8%, Nikkers -1.3% and China +0.4%.
