I envision the BAREister MP3 as being like Fidel Castro's keynote speech to the plenary session of the annual Party convention ... 5 or 6 hours of self-indulgence, which could be summarized concisely in one slogan: Tech took her up, and tech'll take her down. Hypertiger: You have adjusted your timing of the beginning of the third phase. What are you using to track this progression? Is this a best estimate or are you tracking something? When the third phase begins, what we will see to confirm this? Failed banks? Thanks
