2 points:

* options are repriced......frequently; this is a big deal but infrequently mentioned.

* warrant exercise can dilute the voting interest of the main shareholder......who is usually 'outside' the board, but effectively controls the company.
It's another BIG issue, but less 'newsworthy',because it comes too close to da boyz cocoons.
