mjkst27
Anybody noticing the trend in these ISM releases?New orders down Production up Inv up Employment up   Looks to me like the peak is in the rear view mirror The forward looking indices, like ECRI, are trending down. The growth spurt is over. Unless wage growth picks up, growth will sink to a low level and could turn negative if oil continues higher. The bulls will not go quietly into the sunset, however. There is at least one more corporate welfare bill ( foreign profit repatriation relief) that passed the Senate and could become law. It could be worth $300 billion. Once that is settled, the greatest effort in recorded history to get a market and economy off the floor will be complete. won't they save that until someday when Uncle Buck really needs rescued from the abyss?? Sudaca
First negative breadth day in a while.... over a week, actually  Down Vol/Up Vol is even greater than Adv/Dec.  There's more selling going on than what the indexes suggest.
Guest
A culinary and possibly dietary tip:  Roman recipes1000 larks tongues  Ingredients  1000 larks Red wine   Preparation  Catch 1000 larks. They must be caught alive to ensure the meat is fresh. (Slaves are used for this process)  Kill the birds by breaking their necks  Prise open the mouth by folding back the top beak  Cut out the tongue  Marinate in red wine overnight  Strain off the wine and serve.  http://www.romans-in-britain.org.uk/arl_ro...rks_tongues.htm
GregFokker
My pool service company is raising their monthly fee by 7.6%. Â Good thing there's no inflation. You?re so decadent, Doc. Â I suppose next you?ll be bemoaning that the latest CPI release doesn?t take into account the outrageous increases in the price of a few splits of Dom Perignon ?59, a kilo of Beluga and five score larks tongues. ...in aspic. The brown one
First negative breadth day in a while.... over a week, actually Down Vol/Up Vol is even greater than Adv/Dec.  There's more selling going on than what the indexes suggest. The last day "they" allowed the ADV:DECV to get to this level was on 20th May. Then it was stick saved.Since then it has been held permanently positive.  Amazing isn't it? Lock Limit Down
It is a total joke watching them slap gold and silver with what is happening to the CRB futures and of course oil. The governments pawmarks are all over this thing. Dont let them suck you in. The metals are going much higher. They have a problem and are well aware of how to cover up indications of inflation that is ready to explode. Added big here on the metals with this recent illegal interference. Screw them and their blatant BS
