The industrial real estate market....manufacturing job losses are picking up steam....leasing is dead yet sales are in a frenzy. I have multiple offers on every property listed. In both segments...though I will say this...Out of $24+ million in escrow, $17.3 million is for conversion from Industrial to Mixed Use Residential/Commercial.
