Goldmember Posted August 17, 2003 Report Share Posted August 17, 2003 I've been scanning the %gainers and losers sections, in the left column of my charts that Prophet Finance includes, and some interesting contrarion plays showed up. In a contrarion fashion, this seemed logical because at the end of a powerful cycle, even as short as the 13-day one, the most powerful part of the down-phase would come at the very end of that cycle...marking the phoenix of a new cycle.... I listed some potential dongs and shorts here in IDS World on Turdsday night for Friday morning August 8. Dong picks averaged out spectacularly, shrots sucked completely, which has me worried that I'm better picking dongs than shrots. ....anyhoo, here are some of the better charts from the dong picks that would have been most profitable. Remember, these came from the %losers category of the day before....and I have absolutely no idea what these companies are, what they do, whether they are profitable or not....zip, nadda, don't know a damn thing about 'em. Anyhoo, these came up as some more contrarion plays for the coming week....next week .....in the same fashion as above these are dong picks. ....crap! Back to Try It Out for more chart loading..... Top honors for %loss in one day...except it marks the end of an 8-day cycle, and henceforth, I expect it to rise phoenix-like from its precarious position, under the magic spell of a fresh 5-day cycle. This will give it 2-3 days upside, then a small couple of day correction, and then a fresh 13-day cycle up-phase again. Ride the Rollercoaster!
