HardAssets Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 good day Doc. Are we still on schedule for the cycles as posted in the intraday anals? And Happy Thanksgiving.
The End Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 Off topic humor for a boring day The other night I was invited out for a night with "the girls." > >I told my husband that I would be home by midnight, "I promise!" Well, the >hours passed and the champagne was going down way too easy. Around 3 a.m., >drunk as a skunk, I headed for home. > >Just as I got in the door, the cuckoo clock in the hall started up and >cuckooed 3 times. Quickly, realizing he'd probably wake up, I cuckooed >another 9 times. I was really proud of myself for coming up with such a >quick-witted solution (even when smashed), in order to escape a possible >conflict with him. > >The next morning my husband asked me what time I got in, and I told him >12:00. He didn't seem disturbed at all. Whew! Got away with that one! > >Then he said, "We need a new cuckoo clock." When I asked him why, he said, >"Well, last night our clock cuckooed three times, then said, "oh shit," >cuckooed 4 more times, cleared its throat, cuckooed another 3 times, >giggled, cuckooed twice more, and then tripped over the cat and farted

I'm sure you're correct -- I just reprinted verbatim what Thomson reported. I bet that freaked out Hasbro shareholders! And I hear that Santa is also leaving them a lump of coal instead of presents this year.
Yoshaviah Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 Sept 01 low - total market cap - 8900.45 now at 8857.
Yoshaviah Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 A test of that resistance failed in mid Aug 02.
Fartpolio Manager Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 SOX - 1.8% on that bullish SIA news...
Drano Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 Those nasty bulls are teasing us again. HUI red, XAU green. And isn't this the opposite of what the cycles were calling for into 11 a.m.?
Rockhead Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 NAZ... FWIW.....Current NAZ TRIN/TICK chart. What I find amazing is the TICK levels of Wednesday for the NAZ. Above 1000!!!! While I dont watch the NAZ TICK and TRIN nearly as much as NYSE, those numbers are incredible as the NAZ TICK do I rarely see above 600. The NYSE TICK, as we all know, hits +1000 almost routinely. NAZ TICK range from my perspective is commonly +400 to -400, while the NYSE is +1200 to -1000. Just rambling.

Fartpolio Manager Posted November 29, 2002 Report Posted November 29, 2002 From the looks of things, not all the "professionals" took the day off today... I guess the first clue was the weakness in Gold ahead of the open...
