Won't make any difference what they do. This could be a lobbying tactic, but even if it is, I think we go in no matter what the UN does. So the war is going to be a nerve-wracking factor for a few more weeks, or so. And, it is a factor. Note the huge leap in nat gas price yesterday. All these energy price increases are defaltionary if sustained for any period of time. Bad for the market, of course.
