M.H.,

What do you see?
NONE of what I type, should be taken as financial advice.

And when you loose control, you'll reap the harvest that you've sown
And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone
And it's too late to loose the weight you used to need to throw around
So have a good drown, as you go down, alone
Dragged down by the stone.

I've been searching Google for over a month looking for someone to step up and give me proof that the 990N posting which I proudly feature at the bottom of every message I post is in any way inaccurate. I have yet to read anything that does a better job of explaining the action we witness every day. It somebody is going to step-up to discount or refute the theory of 990N, they're first going to have to discount the entire original posting with facts - not theories. It all sounds totally plausible and logical to me, and i now believe that the money that funds it is the money that had been designated for Iraq's reconstruction.

Show me the money! If someone comes up with a full accounting of the missing cash that was supposed to go to the reconstruction of Iraq, I may change my tune...but when you see a single actor stick saving the market with "at market" orders at the least opportune times for profit, one can only conclude that this party is not spending its own money, and is less interested in profit than saving the indexes.

Prove me wrong.

M.H.,

What do you see?

That there's no free speech, if it will damage the grass:

NEW YORK (Reuters) -  A judge on Wednesday denied anti-Bush protesters permission to rally in Central Park on the eve of the Republican National Convention, leaving open the question of where possibly hundreds of thousands of demonstrators will go after a march through midtown Manhattan.

The decision by New York Supreme Court Justice Jacqueline Silbermann is the latest in a running legal battle between the protest group and the city. She sided with city officials, who say they fear the grass on the park's Great Lawn would be damaged and security could not be ensured for the huge crowd.

The lawn was restored seven years ago at a cost of $18 million.

What a joke. New York used to be a great city. Under the thumb of Bush & Bloomberg, it's like a mating of Bald Knob, Ark. with Dime Box, Tex. -- fooked, in other words.

I can't do it with wave theory but cycles should disprove it, eventually. No offense.

M.H.,

What do you see?

Oh ... you meant the market. :P

Well I'm bearish. Volatility is low. Bad astro all through September.

I'm fully loaded in the "set and forget" trade-of-the-decade that I'm always recommending: long precious metals, short stock indices.

Nothing expires till December. So there's nothing to do but sit back and enjoy the ride.

You all will like this one. Shaman's Blues.

There will never be
Another one like you
There will never be
Another one who can
Do the things you do, oh

Will you give another chance?
Will you try, little try?
Please stop and you remember
We were together, anyway, all right

And if you have a certain evenin'
You could lend to me
I'd give it all right back to you
A how it has to be with you
I know your moves and your mind
And your mind
And your mind
And your mind
And your mind
And your mind
And your mind

Will you stop and think and wonder?
Just what you'll see
Out on the train yard
Nursin' penitentiary
It's gone, I cry out long

Go head, brother

Did you stop it to consider?
How it will feel
Cold, grinded grizzly bear jaws
Hot on your heels

Do you often stop and whisper?
It's Saturday's shore
The whole world's a savior
Who could ever, ever, ever
Ever, ever, ever
Ask for more?

Do you remember?
Will you stop?
Will you stop?
The pain

And there will never be
Another one like you
There will never be
Another one who can
Do the things you do, oh

Will you give another chance?
Will you try, little try?
Please stop and you remember
We were together, anyway, all right

How you must of think and wondered
How I must feel
Out on the meadows
While you run the field
I'm alone for you
And I cry

The sweat, look at it
Optical promise
Heh, heh, heh
You'll be dead and in hell
Before I'm born
Sure thing
Brides maid
The only solution
Isn't it amazing?

Fair enough...but if cycles could disprove it, wouldn't the proof already be self evident? I don't think cycles can explain manic ticks on an every-seven-minute cycle for over an hour ( as has been documented), or today's 12:00 sharp epic jam, or the 2:00 jam job that has happened too many times to count. I don't think cycles know what time of day it is...do you? To say nothing of the daily 3 a.m. futures jam.

No offense taken...and none intended - ever.

Plunger,

I respect you. I want to ask you a question. If you really believe that the spx can be manipulated on an every day basis by 990N than why play the game?

I will go long when the T/A allows for it (without the risk that we have today).

I respect you too - and I am increasingly inclined to stop playing the game.

I'm with you on that one too. After this is all over, there won't be a market. I'm just waiting to pick the right time to get out and stay out.

Sounds like we're both in the same boat. Sitting on Gold/Silver/Palladium shares, gas royalty trusts and a sh*t load of December QQQ/DJX puts. Now if Cawfee has finally stopped shaking everyone out, it may actually rise.
