Color me happy!

"_BLACK HISTORY MUSEUM: The measure establishes a national museum of black history and culture as part of the Smithsonian Institution (news - web sites). Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., and a former civil rights leader, had introduced legislation in each Congress since 1988 to create the museum.

The estimated $400 million initial price tag would be split evenly between federal government and private sources. The bill authorizes $17 million in the first year to start the project. Bush's signature clears the way for fund raising and for the Smithsonian Board of Regents to choose a site."

I noticed very coordinated buying most of the day. So either shrubs demanded a rally for sandman, or as Rog said, the street needs to move some paper.
""Pretty bubbleheads preen daily on our financial networks, playing the shill to Wall Street and Washington in order to lure unsuspecting Americans into buying insanely overvalued stocks. The great market exchanges, once prudent arenas of investment where the engine of capitalism traded value for value, have become sham casinos staggering under decades of massive Fed created debt and lurching into oblivion on the greater fool theory. Yet our high level bureaucrats, led by Alan Greenspan, exhort all Americans to consume still more of their seed corn and seek still more fools." N. Hultberg

Previous post was two separate lines of thought-1)liked the
Bob Seger rewrite and B) tired of short-enabled(min.) upside
jams; posted on B) a few other times, under similar circum-
stance, over past 2-3 months.

Yes. So was I. Our loss.

So get this. What happens when these stocks go up? The DIA Trust has to buy more of them to maintain the correct weighting of thse stocks in the ETF relative to the Index.

What happens when the ETF buys CATMUTTOCKS? The Dow accelerates to the upside and CATMUTTOCKS goes up even more.  And then the Dow goes up more, etc. until somebody decides to take some of that easy monay and sell!

See?

This is a CATMUTTOCK. We can discuss on MTM how this is used, on bears that is.
