DJIA bottomed at 9700.90 this morning. Possible Matrix 'line in the sand.'

Coincided with 9685. Lucky me got a fill at 9687 dong, really hoping for a solid bounce from here. Then it can tank :wink2:

Crapvision said something about upgrades of ALTR and XLNX, but I think it was just to equal weight (or is that wait?). Good enough to make 'em green.

Soon, I'm dumping this broad!

Have to wonder who is NOT looking for a bounce? Pretty much the converntional wisdom sez we close higher.
""Pretty bubbleheads preen daily on our financial networks, playing the shill to Wall Street and Washington in order to lure unsuspecting Americans into buying insanely overvalued stocks. The great market exchanges, once prudent arenas of investment where the engine of capitalism traded value for value, have become sham casinos staggering under decades of massive Fed created debt and lurching into oblivion on the greater fool theory. Yet our high level bureaucrats, led by Alan Greenspan, exhort all Americans to consume still more of their seed corn and seek still more fools." N. Hultberg

Snow on crapvision right now talking about the merit of a floating yuan.

Says floating currencies are the best way for "global imbalances" to be addressed.

Whose "imbalances" Snowy-boy?! Theirs or ours?

Now they have him in the itty-bitty corner box and a large graphic of the U.S. Trade Deficit.

U.S. steel tariffs "were useful." Administration is still in "review" mode about 'em.

"Core inflation rates are the lowest they've been in 40 years."
