The trend line from the March lows held today. I think it falls next week with 1004-1007 as support for a move higher into mid November.

NONE of what I type, should be taken as financial advice.

And when you loose control, you'll reap the harvest that you've sown
And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone
And it's too late to loose the weight you used to need to throw around
So have a good drown, as you go down, alone
Dragged down by the stone.

I see we have a canadian on board, welcome, please extinguish your cigerette and remain in the upright position. A crash helmet would be useful. :) :)

Here I was at 3:00 kicking myself for closing Ryvnx early.  What happens Monday, a MSFT bounce/short covering boner combo?

..and Tuesday is FOMC day (correct?!)

Oct 29 +/- is next pivot date.

Oct 16 was last one.

A question to you ..if I may? Prochtor Gamble
is supposed to have good numbers on Monday

It could blast up market..Do you think gap will
be filled at 1041 area..before any further down
move?

Regards

Interesting commentary here. The Naz closes down 1%, the S&P .5% and yet most feel very frustrated about the action.

Take a look at quotes on DIA/QQQ/SPY.

Judge declares mistrial in Quattrone case, "He seemed like a decent moron," Mr Villalona said of Mr Quattrone
Sandy Weill, "I wish I never met Jack Grubman.", http://www.whartonjo...ews/471365.html

Quattrone gets off, but he's not working for legit firms again for a long time.

Maybe the Federal Reserve needs some fresh talent...

5 wave decline.

Perfect bounce off the 55 ema.

Run back to re-test the highs, then down.

Above 1052, will have to rethink.

Few more points for the break out. Will it make it for the Gold Bulls?

5 clean touches of the wedge.

Wedge breakout.

Up to one of the next ma's, retest the top of the wedge then scoot higher.

Target 1040-50

Is it really this easy?

Yes...and that IS an elegant hammer as it hits the lower, uptrending trendline.

I think the market bottoms near the middle of next week- early the following week, in the range of 1005 + - 5 points and we go up to Nov. 11-13 before falling of a cliff to the 900 area by year end.

Will the rally in November get back up to 1041. probably. Heavy resistance at 1042 though.

Tanks for askin' :)
