A Fibonacci 34 years ago, today:

First moon walk

My HR REp was told by Fido that the only way to extract 401k holdings was to terminate from the company... was that not correct? Because I would have done just that very thing a year ago.

You can borrow from your 401K and pay yourself back with interest. I had employees do it all the time.

No idea what it has to do with Fibonnacci, but the first landing on the moon was a milestone for mankind and certainly worth remembering and celebrating.

As I posted on Friday, bought contracts of Aug. crude oil @ 31.76.

Currently at 31.41, but I still looking for run to 34.00.

Unless, of course, it hits my stop at 30.50. :D

We'll see what the market wants, won't we. :P

If I had a 401K with such limited options I would cash it out, pay the tax, and pay off debt or buy gold and silver bullion.

thats horrible. :o If someone is going to do something like that they mine as well get 20 credit cards and max them out buying gold coins then file bankruptcy....or quit there job and roll it over to an IRA...

Given the rampant signs of trend reversal and a building liquidity crisis, dip buyers will be crushed one of these mornings. Now is the time to be looking for and establishing short positions on strength. There's a giant gap down on its way, one from which there will be no recovery. Anyone long high beta stocks with leverage will be wiped out.

Looks like the down move should be good till about 11 +/-.
Expectingvery short term pull back in miners then several days up. Caution is advised as there are potentially much lower prices possible in next 2-4 weeks.
