timeframe: compx 5 min

The setup I would like to see:

Price on 2nd attempt at Fri 13 gap. Might get another failed attempt. Then if attempt 3 fails. That sets up good for an avalanche fall as traders just give up.

If it breaks up and no fakeout I do not want to be short. But the battle will still be with in the black hole (gap).... until resolved.

The p/c ratio makes no sense, the VIX has dropped -1.72 today. If the p/c ratio was accurate the VIX would have increased, I believe IMHO

Makes perfect sense from the point of view of liquidating put contracts.

1) Ramp the market (reduces in the money puts and takes several strikes out of the money)
2) bid under the market, aka lower the VIX (reduces the premium on all strikes)
3)Close outstanding contracts (shows as a spike in put:call ratio that many will mistakenly interpret as bullish and assist in #1)

Take a look at DELL ramped exactly to $27.50 the strike on the largest profitable open interest put. The volume shows 600 contracts trading so far @50% loss versus Friday close.
