No,I'm not extremely wealthy(or even a tiny bit wealthy) so I don't fear deflation at all.We need deflation to rid ourselves of the grotesque asset bubble the whole world is in.
The sooner we get it,the sooner we get a sustainable recovery.Trouble is,I'll be long dead when that happens(around 2050 I guess) :D

anybody bothered by the fact that long rates went nowhere today after the Fisher release and the Fed governor making that noise about unlimited printing of money. Seems it should have been worth a couple bp's.

gee i wonder how much i could be worth if the Sponge would just get behind me. pretty good risk reward trade though huh? a mere $8 billion in FEED gets you $34 billion in just one betachaser(rog's term).

Anyone have any thoughts as to why the bear funds have been unable to mount any sort of comeback whatsoever since October lows? Every report I see shows short interest still at very high levels.
