Marginal gains and losses for the early openers: Kiwis +0.5%, Aussies +0.4%, Japan -0.3% and Sth Korea +0.1%.

Aussie sectors have Consumer Staples out in front +1.1% with Energy the only downer, -0.1%.

All Ords still cranking its way north (until it doesn't)..  The index closed +0.5% led by Telecomms +1%, Consumer Staples +0.9% and Gold/REITS +0.8%.

Over in Asia, China +0.1%, Hong Kong -0.9%, Japan -0.1%, India currently -1.1%.

Because market volatility has been so low, that 8 point drop from the 3:50 PM print yesterday, looks like a crash on a 10 minute bar chart.

No positive divergence at this test of the low.

This move is targeting resistance at 2264. 

 

However, the 2 day cycle projection on the 10 minute bar chart is just 2262.
