When I started having severe chest pain after lunch on Friday, I chewed…

Thanks.

Apparently the cardiologist who made the diagnosis over the weekend forgot a minor detail

...to schedule the procedure with the cath lab.

But now it's all set.

Between 9:30 and 2:00.

Reminds me of Comcast.

Let's just say that a little hell was raised by yours truly when I found out I wasn't on the schedule.

Research from the American Heart Association shows that heart attack patients who arrive at the hospital at nighttime, during the weekend or on a holiday have a 13% increased risk of dying, compared with patients who arrive during regular hours.

You increased your survival odds 13% just by falling ill Friday lunch time..

Goodluck.
