FED to release FOMC Minutes at 9 am vs scheduled 2 pm EST.

Fed: minutes mistakenly sent early to Congress, trade groups.

Fed says some recipients got minutes yesterday at about 2pm.

"Basically, $FED sent Minutes early to Congress and trade groups - now needs to release early to prevent trading on material nonpublic info."

"What the heck is the Fed doing? FOMC minutes released now in lieu of 2pm, they accidentally sent minutes to Congress yesterday. Brilliant."
