Agentina nationalizing YPF (so very 70's - the 2010's will be very 70's - inflation and nationalisations everywhere)
Are you a government having trouble paying your debts .....just inflate - cant borrow any more ... just grab the nearest company with some decent free cash flow to balance your budget and to keep the flow of largesse flowing to the voters)
The signs are there to be read.
