K Wave Rider Posted February 3, 2003 Report Posted February 3, 2003 Debka is way ahead on the story yet again. Here is a story just now showing up in the Australian Press that Debka reported almost 2 WEEKS ago. Why is the Western press so far behind? Something to ponder.
Jorma Posted February 3, 2003 Report Posted February 3, 2003 I'm suprised that story didn't make a bigger splash. Not because I think it is true, which it might not be, being that Debka is adept at disinformation, but rather because it supports Bush's position. Now if a preemtive attack is justified because Saddam has an arsenel is the main bone of contention. I say no. When Iraq attacted Iran and violated the UN Charter, not some pissant UN resolution, what did we do. Well we sent Cheney to Iraq to make buddy buddy, offer sattelite and other intellegence, opened back doors to arms and the means of making even chemical weapons, which we know they were using and in general made nice. (Britain played the same game and there was a big scandal there about it which was a nail in Thatchers coffin. Here we got a tiny tase of it with BCCI and that was the end of it. Again, we helped them get chemical weapons precursors) So any talk of principal by these folks is silly.
