K-Wave, so sorry to hear your sad news. Please pass on all the condolences from your friends here to your sister. Her presence here is greatly missed too.
Of course I'm caustic!

A Mr. Widget snapshot for shorty. With the combination of the 8 & 5 day heading just below the zero momentum zone this may have the potential for...... drumroll........a TurkeyNeck Trade to try and fill a gap below. If we are at a Day 3 and the remainder of the 8/5 day cycles spend their time below the zero momentum zone then I'd have to guess we spend the next two days below today's close.

Hey Gang...

I just got a call that my Dad passed away somewhat unexpectedly after having spent the last few years with major complications from heart disease and diabetes.

He was only 71, and should have been enjoying his retirement years playing golf and the like.

If any of you are eating a crap diet and you know it, please stop. My dad was a classic example of what the average American diet full of fat and junk carbs will do to you.

Sorry to hear about your loss. May God give yourself and your family the will to carry on through this difficult time.

Sorry for your loss KWave,

Your posts have meant a lot to me over the years. All the best in this time.

One thing I think is certain. The more the world's central banks act to suppress the cost of long term capital, the more of it the market will demand, thereby keeping upward pressure on yields until the CBs have no choice but to relent. At that point we should see a massive final blowoff similar to that which occurred in 1980 and 1981. --Doctor Stool

Yes. sorry for your loss KWave...Peace to all affected
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and and transient causes, and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, which evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations , pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
