At "above market" rates from what I've been told. Btw, I'm sure all participants "came" on purpose on Sept 18. Otherwise, they'd have good reason to ask for their money back. The BTM-UBS weekly chain store index fell 0.4 percent last week, the third straight week-over-week decline. The index improved to a 4.4 percent year-over-year increase "on an easier comparision" with last September's sales, Niemira said. For all of September, Niemira lowered his forecast of same-store sales to about 3.5 percent from an earlier range of 3.5 percent to 4 percent. Retailers had no explanation for the three-week decline in sales, but suggested that it may be a "spending pause" after very strong sales in August.
