That doesn't even count non foreclsure inventory. There are currently 26,790 houses and condos listed for sale in the county, and 6,636 houses and condos listed for rent. Not including rentals, at current average monthly sales rates this is about a 2 year supply. Average annual U6 unemployment for the state of FL as of the end of the first quarter is 19.2%.
