prancing_cow
Just to clarify, I do not think that 7,800 will be the bottom, but I do think it will provide an area from which there "could" be a nice size rally. Longer term I think that Dow 5,000 is a good possibility and I have Dow 2,000 as the level where I will move all investable cash into equities from that level forward. 698212[/snapback] hey! those are Shorty's targets as well - poor guy,he must be knee deep in donuts with Anna Kurnikova sitting on his laps. mdporter
at 12:30 I went to lunch with my wife and baby girl, came back to jaw dropping losses on the dow. Very glad to be in cash! energy trusts went on clearance sale prices today. AAV did ok though, maybe there is a bottom there. With people selling to meet cash/margin requirements, what would be the catalyst for a rally? Doc can't want to see the market report tonight, the targets from just a few days ago have been met.
