I_Am_Madness
BX down to 25 and change. They still sport a 6.08 billion market cap. Is it true that total shares outstanding only represented 10% of the company value? So the actually value of BX is actually 60.8 billion? That puts them right there with MER, MS, 2x the size of LEH. shorty
The bankruptcies of a number of large subprime lenders (the latest being Alliance Bancorp, last week) is well known, but what is not widely understood is that their portfolios are being dumped on the market in huge volumes by their creditors. What this all means to lenders is that loan prices are dropping precipitously, and you should complete any pending sales (premium as well as scratch & dent) as quickly as possible. If you have received a bid on a pool but have not yet decided whether to accept it, check with your investor; the bid may no longer be there . If it is, hit it now . Whadda I Do Whadda I Do
Site Because Director General Tolstonogov has an abundance of depeleted uranium, and because there are parts of the world where telephone lines are scarce, he and Dr. Drizzlenick have found a way to power the common everyday items you see here like razors, flashlights, vacuum cleaners, and even vibrators, from depleted uranium. Major toy manufacturers in China have agreed to install these Depleted Uranium Power Cells in toys for the next Christmas season, so parents will never again have to worry about buying batteries for their children's Christmas toys. Dr. Drizzlenick says "The half-life of Uranium 238, a component of the Depleted Uranium Power Cell, is 4.5 billion years. Certainly longer than any current battery technology. It's unlikely that Chinese toys will last that long."

shorty
Desperate B.S. : "SoCal RE is strong and the boom CONtinues." FACT: Real bids for the typical gravel-lawned used SoCal 3BR 2B stucco shanty crapbox within fart's whiff of garage-squatting registered sex-offender neighbors on three sides are down 200K right now, period. 70% of new purchases since 2004 were subprime and they're ALL underwater. This will be a shocking horrific meltdown. Denial is pathetic.
