Guest Posted March 3, 2003 Report Share Posted March 3, 2003 is there a nomenclature avalilable for those would-be trapezoids,degenerate(geometricall not pejorative) parellelograms,pseudo-rhombuses,angles and so forth??- The charts I posted use the Gann Fans study. Gann fans are fans of vectors starting from a major high or a major low (the October low and the December high in my example) and drawn at pre-determined angles in the direction of the main trend. The lines themselves and especially their intercection points tend to serve as support and resistance zones. See, for instance, this article.
