fxfox,

saw your charts on m2m. Do you use the tunnel on all your timeframes, both indices and fx?

thanks

Yes. I add EMA 13 and EMA 50. The rest is trendlines, fibos and pivots. I look out for multiple sup and res levels. Nicely to see in that Dow chart I posted. If you have 3 important things at one and the sdame level it is most of the time a blind long/short. Fro example a 50% fibo, pivot and hourly tunnel just a few pips away from each other is at least at FIRST test almost impossible to go thru.

"Airbus SAS said more carriers are relying on Chinese financial services firms to fund aircraft purchases, helping keep deliveries near a record this year.

Deals backed by Chinese institutions in the last year include Bank of China BOC Aviation’s sale-lease-back of three Southwest Airlines Inc. planes, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd.’s first international leasing transaction, with British Airways Plc. Nigel Taylor, who leads Airbus’s aircraft finance, said China will gain more clout this year. "

Western banks can keep their derivatives casino betting on unicorns while the chinese subtly take the real business about real stuff that actually gets produced in a factory and hauls peoples' ass around the globe. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Thanks. I thought the tunnel only worked on fx pairs, but your work suggests it looks good on indices also.

Is that IT finance charts you use? I get them via City Index, but not always reliable

Bollard Keeps New Zealand Interest Rate at Record Low

Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- New Zealand’s central bank says it will keep its benchmark interest rate at a record low until the middle of this year because inflation is likely to remain within its target range until at least 2012.

“If the economy continues to recover in line with our December projections, we would expect to begin removing policy stimulus around the middle of 2010,” Reserve Bank Governor Alan Bollard said in a statement in Wellington today when he left the official cash rate at 2.5 percent. His statement reiterated comments made on Dec. 10.

Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- India’s wholesale food prices rose at a faster pace in the second week of January, adding pressure on the central bank to raise borrowing costs in tomorrow’s scheduled meeting to curb inflation.

An index measuring prices of lentils, wheat, rice, vegetables and other food articles compiled by the commerce ministry increased 17.4 percent in the week to Jan. 16 from a year earlier, following a 16.81 percent gain the previous week. Food inflation reached 19.95 percent in the week to Dec. 5, the fastest pace since December 1998.
