Trader Joe
Rochdale Says Bad Apple Trade Led to Rescue Bid Rochdale Securities LLC confirmed late Saturday that errant trading in shares of Apple Inc. AAPL -3.42% had led it to seek outside help to stay afloat. "Rochdale had an unauthorized trade that left us with a negative capital position. We are in talks that would result in a healthy balance sheet, and we expect to be trading maybe as early as Monday," said Rochdale President Daniel Crowley. He said the unauthorized trading was in shares of Apple, and that, as of Saturday evening, the company was in talks with two firms for a possible injection of capital. He declined to offer more details on the unauthorized trading. http://online.wsj.co...2990315442.html ______________ Translation: We started buying when it got to $700, then at $705 we loaded up on more, but due to out pathetic capital position we needed to buy on margin. As it broke below $700 we bought our largest position after watching Fast Money's Jon Najarian reco to "load the boat at $658"! And then....well....you know what happened BWAHAHAHHAHAHA As of the end of 2011, Rochdale had $3.4 million in capital, according to a filing with the SEC. That's Million with an "M" BWHAHAHAH BWAHAHAHA

DrStool
That pop pulled the 2 and 3 day cycle projections up to $spx 1405. 5 day projection invalidated with no new projection. Noisy, non cyclical pattern but only a very weak prelim 2 day cycle buy signal.
