Get Saudis to annoiunce that they will release oil since prices are too high ( profit maximizing monopolists don't do this without coercion) - DONE 2. Increase margin requirements - TBD 3. Get Matrix players to short heavily into tanking crude market - pissing with the wind - in progress? 4. Since high oil and resulting inflation is behind much of the recent market concerns - thisw sets the stage for all the usual subsequent moves in bond and stock markets. As the rabid dog , in its final throes, runs around in tight circles frothing at the mouth - the little girlies and boys on TV say " Little Doggie Happy.
