rog
flight recorders stopped in downed russian planes... of course! A known side effect of contaminated fuel is a malfunction of critical electronics with emergency battery back up systems! Since this happened on both jets it confirms that it is all just one big coincidence. What are you tring to imply? Do you believe in the markets? Lock Limit Down
Crapvision reporting that flight recorders on the Russian planes malfunctioned just before the planes went down - but oddly went on to say that this raises suspicion that it was terrorists. Someone is trying to hide something. If there was an explosion in flight, electrical power to the recorder could of been interrupted but both airplanes CMON Highly unlikely

Guest
August 25 - eight parallel pipelines that link the Rumaila oilfields to the Zubayr 1 pumping station were hit in Berjasiya, 20 miles (32 km) southwest of Basra, when a bomb exploded under a bridge at 9:00pm and caused it to collapse, reducing exports from the south. http://www.iags.org/n082604.htm

US Awards Airliner Antimissile Contracts Wednesday August 25, 6:08 pm ET By Jim Wolf WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE:NOC - News) and BAE Systems PLC (London:BA.L - News) were tapped by the Bush administration on Wednesday to develop competing systems to protect U.S. commercial aircraft from shoulder-fired missiles, a potential multibillion-dollar market. http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/equip/an-alq-212.jpg This is the ATIRCM (Advanced Threat Infrared Counter Measure) system that BAE Systems is developing for the Joint Services Missile Defense (Army Lead) contract. ATIRCM is a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art infrared missile defense system being developed by BAE Systems. It cannot function without state-of-the-art lasers, which BAE has contracted for with Stocker Yale. ATIRCM has proven successful in military aircraft: http://www.sanders.com/business/02_news/060-2002.htm Now, the next step is to adapt the ATIRCM laser to commercial aircraft applications and that's the second part of the order that STKR received from BAE Systems

NWD
Article in the NY times today shows dramatic reversal regarding Global Warming by the Bush administration...now they claim it is clearly caused by carbon emissions from power plants and autos. Desparate men. Cheney comes out of the closet two days ago in favor of gay marriage and today the Bush Regime is suddenly pro-environment. Wolves in sheeps clothing. I'm baffled by this. What's in it for them to declare that they believe in global warming?
