Somebody please help me on this oil/energy problem.

What good will it do to increase oil production?

I thought that all the available tankers were already in use,

so what would it be hauled in?

Next, if we have insufficient refining capacity, then that's

another bottleneck and the Majors just announced they

don't plan to build more refining capability.

So, if we find more non-existing tankers and get more oil here,

where do we store it while waiting for refining?

Meanwhile, gasoline is sky high in cost.

What with air-conditioning season coming, we'll need more electricity.

In spite of increased rigs, US drillers are producing less natural gas.

It would appear that if this market doesn't get ya, the energy cost will!!!

I can't understand why the Saudis would not enjoy the high oil prices since

they had to massively curtain development of their own Army/Air Force due

to massive budget overruns for some years now. (National Debt?)

Now, what have I missed?

With all these outflows and the sheeple moving into real estate, is this capitulation? Markets are supposed to bottom with a whimper, not a crash. One of these days only the robots will be left running the machine. I know this is premature. Just wondering if this indicates the future.

They already are

Over 50% is now program trading

As MH once said the it can work both ways

Once a serious sell program gains speed all the robots will follow the leader over the cliff

Its coming

Sherlock- you understand it perfectly-there are no available tankers anywhere, even if there was more oil-the refineries are at capacity and couldn't produce more. In Canada are pipelines going South are at full capacity both for Oil and NG. More Oil?? (pardon the Pun) is a pipe-dream. ;)
