I still think this will be a blockbuster IPO. But for what its worth- From New York Times, Typically, shares of hot initial public offerings like Facebook go almost entirely to the biggest clients of the Wall Street banks that oversee the stock sale. But as Susanne Craig and Evelyn M. Rusli report in Friday’s New York Times, Facebook’s executives and underwriters have discussed raising the number of shares that will go to small investors, according to people briefed on the matter who were not authorized to speak on the record. Last night was a warning shot, bots or not, intervention or not. We are sitting at only about 3% off the top of 100-175% major market index runs in the past few years.
