Ageka
I was just thinking. You guys are so good at this, would you be interested in closing the board to the general public, turning it into a pay site where those who want to to read you subscribe, and you stoolies divvy up the subscription income? I would of course just keep a tiny, tiny, tiny sliver form myself. Really, that's how good I think you are. There is an amazing depth of wisdom and experience here. I just love to follow the discussion on these boards. Except when it's about politics of course. Well first you lose nothing by losing the lurkers Second with paypal you could ask a dollar a day to access the site ( or wathever figure - pay by viewing day ) Third I know at least one person who is posting all prices and dates I figure on gold on another forum under his own name I am allready on a closed coinforum and we just installed a vault with double access protection for the real members And another secured forum for goldcoin pictures . And as far as I am concerned I do not want to be paid for writing So it is all yours for the service and platform

Speakeasy
Don't think she had that many to begin with, Speak. Shorty is a master of the emoticon conversation but I haven't seen him do any for a while... Damn that USD, just refuses to die... Yep. Someone forgot to drive the stake in bucky's heart. His breakout is holding. Deflation increases the need for the buckster.

DrStool
Lee in your podcasts, you think its a good idea to people to walk away from negative equity mortgages. Is there limited liability for US mortgages holders? Here in Europe if you walk away from the house and they foreclose/sell the house at a reduced price you still owe them the balance of the loan and they will pursue you for it. So walking away on this side of the Atlantic can lead to bankruptcy. It's not a good idea. It's a terrible idea, but it's a matter of reality and self preservation. Sure there's a clause in the mortgage that holds you personally liable. But they aren't feasible. No bank could afford to pursue such a claim when the borrower doesn't have the means to make good. In typical cases where the loan is under water by 20-100k, there would be no gain. In most cases, even if prosecuting the claim cost less than the potential recovery, enforcement would be all but impossible where the borrower has no other assets that can be attached. Yes, your credit would be screwed up.

psyche doctor
The lower qqqq gap is filled. This mornings gap was nearly filled, might be good enough. Right now, I have no advantage and will have to sit and wait. The plan netted me 17 Nq points on 2 trades, so not in a hurry. Will let market show me its hand and not get greedy. Dharmaeye
Well first you lose nothing by losing the lurkersSecond with paypal you could ask a dollar a day to access the site ( or wathever figure - pay by viewing day ) Third I know at least one person who is posting all prices and dates I figure on gold on another forum under his own name I am allready on a closed coinforum and we just installed a vault with double access protection for the real members And another secured forum for goldcoin pictures . And as far as I am concerned I do not want to be paid for writing So it is all yours for the service and platform It would destroy the site. It would then destroy WSE as a consequence.
