Frist looks like a shoe-in for Speaker to replace Lott. His father was the founder of Hospital Corp. of America, and he has been very doctor/healthcare friendly. Since liability insurance has became a major front burner issues, and HMO's are reeling from adverse judgments, this may affect the short-term performance of the company (favorably).
