machinehead
NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Shares of Intel (INTC) fell to a 13-month low and were heading for their eighth-straight loss, and have hit a 13-month low in intraday trading. The chip sector bellwether's stock was last down 49 cents, or 2.2 percent, at $21.67, the lowest price seen since July 2. The stock has now lost 13 percent since the Aug. 2 close, 21 percent since the end of June and 32 percent since the end of 2003. The stock has now retraced 60 percent of the rally off the October 2002 low of $12.95 to the January 2004 high of $34.60. This is unacceptable! Time to rejigger the Dow! Let's check IBD for some mo-mo candidates ...
Lock Limit Down
i don't think Wall Street cares if Google IPO works out right. Google by-passed being Underwritten by BIG houses and went auction route. i believe maybe an example will be made, of this behaviour. Interesting perspective. Excuse my ignorance but is there not huge commissions up for grabs? Or does it pale in comparison to what they would of pocketed if the underwriting would of been done in the conventional matter? Should the Google IPO be a dismal failure would that not put an icy chill on the market in general. Especially the HHH which leads crashes. Metamucil
I just heard a CNBS talking head say "Cheaper drugs from Canada might be a way for terrorists to get to you." What country is this that we are living in? Bastards.........can you hear the collective national pill choke? And later, ERs will be full of 'placebo poisonings'. The absurdity is fantastic! Awaiting the report of the 'first case'.............

Jimi
PEZ are little rectangular candies. They're sold in plastic dispensers with a "head" of various types --- Mickey Mouse, Bart Simpson, etc. Highly popular with collectors -- check it out on ebay and you'll be astonished. Where you been, boy? Frugality doesn't permit time at the PEZ dispensers nor in schlock-shops.... as in over priced junk shops. Consumption for consumptions sake as touted by AG ain't in my deck of cards. Cash flow and coumpounding is the way wealth grows. "I have one word for you, Jonathan: 'plastics.'" Mmmm... Pez....
