Jetlag
Inspite the bloodlet in the asian session they're going for the bounce here. Let's see how high they can close it today. I say this thing can go up to +/-1914 without challenging any significant resistance level. Above 1930 would probably take it up to 1970 the following days. Probably a good place to short the rip higher if it gets there.
Jetlag
Swap rates are what companies, investors and traders pay to exchange fixed interest payments for floating ones. That rate falling below Treasury yields -- the spread between the two being negative -- is illogical in the eyes of most market observers, because it theoretically signals that traders view the credit of banks as superior to that of the U.S. government. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-09-24/it-s-all-perverted-now-as-u-s-swap-spreads-tumble-below-zero US gubermint can always print FRN's so this is obviously a distortion courtesy of ZIRP.
