Then they make Bernanke Person of the Year. How brain dead can they get? If our news media is a reflection of us, we're up a creek without a paddle. Actually the problem is that it both reflects us and influences us-- accentuating our worst features. There is some money to be made in catering so attentively to people's vices that we begin to think they are virtues. It puts one at the moral level of a street drug dealer, but then that apparently seems OK to journalists, as well as to folks who "do God's work" by catering to people's greed and ignorance by selling them MBS and other dog sheet for big sums. Years ago, the casions in AC were really nice.....of course, now, many have been allowed to sink into lower levels....nevertheless, your jickiss wonders just what kind of gamer will be playing in Philly when it opens? gamboling was supposed to be counter to the economy, but now, with the collapse of all into all, gamboling is collapsing, too. jickiss!!!!!!! That's kinda my point the marginal gambler is becoming and will continue to become less and less, other than the marginal players added to the supply-side in the form of those that are throwing a Hail Mary "all on Black" after losing their yob and before getting kicked out of their double-wide So as AC is witnessing the marginal #'s decline, they then get cold cocked with a structural reduction in markets that supply potential gamers Not good New Sands casino on the old Bethy steel plant property in PA ...and for those that haven't had the good fortune to visit AC, I'll save ya the trip....take a look at the pic below and then multiply it across every slot in every casino UGH!
