Aside from the obvious, I guess he didn't think the dividend and special dividend are worth holding out for an additional 3 weeks or so. Maybe it had to be done in calender year 2003.. A rep called back and told my wife that I was making a big mistake and could she (my wife) please talk to me about moving $$ back into the SM (I couldn't take the call at the time). True story.
