Had a gorgeous weekend here in Quebec.  Hopefully more of the same to come.

We're selling our house in the country to move closer to the grandkids down in Montreal.  Sadly, our area in Quebec has been very depressed for decades. It's a really nice place, but all the industries that brought 150,000 here by the early 1960s have left. Now fewer than 50,000 people. Our 3 BR plus basement inlaw's apartment will barely bring enough for a 1 bedroom condo in Montreal. And Montreal isn't even overpriced, at least relative to other Canadian cities. The epic bubble that has grossly inflated prices in Vancouver and Toronto never made it here.
