When those go, the financial merry-go-round gets thrown into leveraged reverse, with the sound of snapping gears and sparks flying out of the control panel. It will be so over ... A series of explosions in propane gas cylinders set off a two-alarm fire that gutted a warehouse that sits on the edge of the famed Doral golf course. No injuries were reported. Golfers and residents in the area, businesses in the industrial park and a charter school were ordered evacuated, all within a half-mile of the fire site. The blaze was reported on a truck at Air-Gas South on the 9000 block of Northwest 58th Street around 9:18 a.m. Two dozen explosions were reported as gas in the canisters exploded.
