The All Ords 5-day chart is beginning to look a trifle choppy.  Today the index finished -0.6% with the biggest losers being Gold and Financials, both -1%.  A couple of sectors floated into the green, Telecomms +0.5% and Energy +0.3%.

Over in Asia, China +0.2%, Hong Kong -1.9%, Japan -1.5%, India currently -0.1%.

On to UK/Europe:

according to a head on gloomberg, there has been zero net inflow of fresh money into

the market since 2011. all the fluff is from stock buybacks.

I guess central bank cash coming in via Primary Dealers doesn't count.  Buybacks alone would not lift prices.
