About 28% of the float has already turned over. Distribution or Accumulation?? Buy at any price? Sell at any price? Beta chasing pure and simple. Jump on the girl with the most beads. Let see if the short interest changes. Short interest spikes with every warrant and convert deal. Those guys are not covering in the cash market because they have a source for the shares.
