Interesting Foreclosure Site

This site list all the homes in forclosure by State and County. I clicked through to see if there was a huge difference in various parts of the country. Florida must have a thousand foreclosures in total. Some big cities have 4 or 5 hundred on their own; but places like Denver and Boston had surprisingly few. They definitely seem to predominiate in FL, TX, CA, (the high-immigrant places) And by the looks of the average foreclosure's selling price, I'd say a lot of low-end people are biting the dust here. Personally, I don't think real estate is nearly as low as it will eventually get, so I wouldn't be interested in investing yet; but the site is worth keeping an eye on.
