The End
I just glanced at cnbs and some moron stated that 87% of folks got a raise in the last twelve months. If you lose your $40 an hour job to go to a $8 job and get a raise to $8.10 an hour, it is considered a raise. I hate this, I hate all of it. depends
This little chart has just given a preliminary sell. It's late. Naz volume was still a paltry 1.5 billion. To get this market up they will need to get the volume up over 2 billion on an up day. No way Jose. The buy/sell fell again. tut tut.
Jimi
Schaeffer in his market close letter notes "the ominous put/call ratio" he points outselling calls has been all the rage the last year because it has been popular.and profitable. Now the Jerks who did that are fooked he notes they will have to buy back the calls they sold at a huge loss and then sell their stock to cover their losses which he says will have a snowball effect. Ah-Poor Bully-My heart Bleeds-NOT! Don't you mean puts... they've been selling puts that they'll have to buy back at a loss?

Guest
The death of cheap crudeBy Adam Porter in France Oil prices are in a state of flux or so we are told. But the truth of the matter may be far simpler than that; maybe production cannot meet soaring global demand http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/416...A30FDD6EB39.htm Unlike our media, these guys tell the story clearly. Yes they do Sherlock. Unfortunately, most of our citizens are completely xenophobic....refusing to be 'contaminated' by information from them 'foreigners'. Most are also 'educated'. brian4
Jimi- No they have been selling calls for months , and they have received a nice premium, that is the main reason the p/c ratio has been so low. When the market drops like a stone the value of their stock drops like a stone and far exceeds the value ,of the premium received so they have buy the calls back and sell the underlying stock to cover margin. All the borkers have had their clients and a lot of the funds do it for months saying hey it is free money. But when the market plummets the worm turns.
